Since graduating from Lycoming College in 1977 with a degree in accounting, Joel has worked in both public and private accounting over a twenty-year span. Since 1997, he offers a variety of investment and insurance solutions to help individuals, families and businesses identify and pursue their financial goals and objectives.
Joel currently resides in Williamsport with his wife, Carol.
